Executives, leaders, managers, anyone in a change agent or consulting role - an open enrolment course for up to 6 peers.
What is a Peer Coaching Group?

How Do We Work?
- Kick-off meeting (all participants & trainer) (1h)
- Self-paced learning to prepare for 1st workshop (1h)
- Getting to know members a little deeper - exercise (2h)
- 1st facilitated peer-coaching workshop (2.5h)
- self-paced learning to prepare for 2nd workshop (1h)
- 2nd facilitated peer-coaching workshops (2.5h)
- through to 6th facilitated workshop (2.5h each)
- Time: 40 weeks long course, 20h total learning time
How Do We Schedule Meetings?
- The only fixed date is the Kick-off meeting
- All facilitated peer-coaching workshops will be scheduled by the group participants and trainer together (doodle)
- Self-paced learning and getting to know each other are self-organized

FAQ
Why do I have to enter my email and password?
When signing up the platform teachable will ask students to enter a valid email address as their user name and define a personal password for their school account here so they access all course data and your certificate upon completion. This password is NOT the same password to the email you use. You should define a new (ideally different) password. Only you know and have access to it.
Do I get a certificate of participation?
Yes, you do. Upon course completion an email is automatically sent to you with the link to your certificate. Participants can also manually log in to their account using their email and password to download their personal certificate.

Hi, my name is Gerald,
I’m here as to help you become an inspiring coaching leader for your team. I’m a German engineer by education and a passionate change leadership coach and performing artist.
